we ship from our studio in london, uk. orders are processed monday to friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding holidays.

you will receive an order confirmation email when the order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

we are unable to take responsibility for transit delays or customs clearance issues but will do our best to assist if these problems occur.

shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your parcel.

stocked items

items listed as “in stock” will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

pre-order items

pre-order items will have estimated dispatch date on the product page and in the order confirmation email.

should there be any unexpected delays or cancellations, we will contact you promptly.

if for any reason a pre-order item cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.

if your order includes both stocked and pre-order items, they will ship together once all items are ready.

if you’d prefer to receive them separately, we kindly ask that you place two separate orders.
